簡直超出預期！
環境：酒店雖然不算很大，但是整體設計得很有意境，以湯公的牡丹亭為主線，從裝飾畫到酒店背景音，都有融合小巧思，走在酒店裡彷彿穿越到牡丹亭的文字中，美哉妙哉。
服務：預訂後致電酒店想要放一張嬰兒床，得知酒店配備的嬰兒床規格尺寸僅為30*70後作罷，但是添加了管家小葉，開啟了一扇新世界的大門。從入住前的溝通（瞭解我們對房間的需求，甚至貼心的發了好多遊玩攻略），到入住後到有求必應（當晚我有點中暑，立馬提供了2支藿香正氣水並額外多給了好多水，第二天還主動詢問我的身體狀況），服務周到細心，讓我感覺不是來遊玩，而是來探親。衝著這個服務我願意給我所有的朋友安利一百次！！
設施：沒得説，該有的都有，無邊泳池很漂亮。唯一的遺憾就是之前提到的嬰兒床，建議酒店購置幾張稍大一點的嬰兒床，1-3歲的小朋友可以放心睡的那種～
衞生：打掃很及時，吃完飯前電梯裏有其他小朋友灑落的零食，吃完飯回來就已經打掃得乾乾淨淨，衞生打掃得及時程度直接影響顧客對酒店服務能力及態度的評定。
總之，好評加好評，下次一定再來！

酒店是以湯顯祖文化為主題 一進門就能聽見大堂就在播放崑曲 濃濃的文化底藴撲面而來 酒店的服務非常好，很熱情，管家小葉服務態度特別棒，有求必應 房間衞生衞生很乾凈，還有就是離景區近出入非常方便，整體就是十分舒適 下次過來還會選擇這家酒店！
