設施有些陳舊了，電梯口還有樓梯，不是很方便，交通還算便利，周邊配套設施還行。過道有一股臭腳丫子的氣味。

優點就是周邊吃飯的地方多，停車方便 ，含早餐，很多收費的東西，已拍照，要付按金，不提供瓶裝水，打掃不乾淨全是頭髮，廁所下水不怎麼通，洗澡會水漫金山。樓道臭臭的。總之不好。
