Sehr gute umgebung. Gleich mehere Museums um das Hotel! KINO gleich über die Straße. Coller Blick über das Tal beim Frühstück..! Getränke auf den Flur der Etage kostenlos. Schöner Blick auf das Tal von Suhl aus dem Fenster.

Auch wenn meist Geschäftsreisende sich über echte Kleinigkeiten aufregen, wir finden das City Hotel vollkommen in Ordnung. Natürlich sind sicher manche Einrichtungsgegenstände etwas älter und auch etwas abgewohnt, aber wechseln diese sich beschwerenden Gäste alle paar Jahre ihre Wohnungseinrichtung. Sicher nicht. Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht und waren absolut zufrieden mit dieser. Nur die wenigen Steckdosensind nicht so toll. Aber da kann man mit der Rezeption eine Lösung finden. Was wir auch gemacht haben. Die Größe der Suite (60 Quadratmeter) war sehr gut. Dusche , Wanne, WC und eine zusätzliches separates WC waren auch vorhanden. Eine kleine Küchenzeile ohne Herd (verständlich) aber mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine + dazugehörigen Kaffee Pads und Tee. Auf dem Flur befand sich ein großer Kühlschrank mit kostenlosen Getränken. Natürlich hat alles seinen Preis. Wenn manch einer es etwas preiswerter möchte, dann sollten diese auch gewisse Abstriche an die Unterkunft machen. Wir werde jedenfalls immer wieder in das Hotel kommen.

KEIN Wellness Hotel! Beschreibung irreführend
Die Bilder suggerieren, dies sei ein Hotel mit eigenem Innenpool und Wellness. Das entspricht nicht der Realität. Im Nebengebäude ist das städtische Schwimmbad, für das man eine Eintrittskarte kaufen kann. Die Beschreibung des Hotels ist irreführend.
