Quality Inn & Suites

I’ve rarely encountered a hotel this disappointing. Our first room arrived with sheets that appeared to be stained—possibly even blood—and the walls were grimy, covered in dark smudges and odd brown splatters. The bathroom felt like an uncleaned gas station restroom: the toilet wobbled loose from the floor, and every towel was matted with hair and discolored spots. After raising our concerns, we were moved to a second room that was marginally better, but still riddled with stains on the walls and doors. It was obvious housekeeping never moved the furniture—both under the chair and elsewhere we found layers of dust, stray hairs, and debris. Having already spent over $600, we had no choice but to stay, which quickly became a regrettable decision. By the second night, roaches were actually falling out from beneath the bathroom door. What should have been a five-day stay turned into a nightmare. Trust me: no discount on this place is worth it. Avoid it altogether.

Horrible unclean room This room was not clean when i checked in. The sheets had three cigarette burns, the comforter had stains, the ice bucket AND liner was dirty with visible hair and debris. When i pulled the top sheet back there was long hairs already there. The mattress cover was stained and had what appeared to be brown debris. I checked out immediately after seeing my room(228) in this condition.

Horrible place!!! It was the absolute worst stay I have ever had in a hotel/motel. The first night we woke up to House keeper trying to forcefully open our door. It scared my kids so bad because the top latch opened enough for the housekeeper to actually see into my room. The top latch actually was loose after, that is how hard they pushed on it. The next day they skipped my room for housekeeping, so I stepped outside to their cart and requested at least towels. They said they would be right back with towels, and they never came back. I than went to the office and they said they would bring me some in a little. That never happened. I went to the office later that night, and once again got denied towels. The guy in the office told me there was nothing he could do, and it wasn’t his problem. I thought towels should be available 24/7 in a hotel?!? I than told him I was very disappointed in the service at the hotel, and he replied with “thank you” We drove 9 hours to have a good vacation with our family, and this is the service we get. I highly recommend looking for a different place to book from if you stay in the area.

Walls are filthy everywhere you look, the more I looked the more I found. Sheets and towels all had STAINS of some sort. Floor was stick everywhere, my shocks were brown with in minutes of walking around the room. The room main door had to be slammed shut to get it to latch and there was a large gap under the room giving the room a kind of chill and kept the heat running.

Cheap, clean, decent stay. It was a decent place to stay. The room was clean. There is no carpet so that helps. It was very basic but thats all we needed. Could use updating but for what we paid, we didnt really care. The guy at the front desk semed nice.
