The worst HGI that I ever stayed at. Do not stay here. There are plenty of other hotels nearby. The ceiling of part of the lobby had caved in meaning no dinner or hot breakfast was served. They should have warned travelers before arrival that services would be limited. The clerk behind d the desk could not have cared less. He just laughed. The woman in charge of the dining room is intelligent, empathetic and informative. She's the one who explained the damage. She should run the hotel. I contacted Hilton Clint services 4 times. All they can do is give me Honors points instead of the refund I requested. Hilton posts a guarantee that you will be pleased but it obviously doesn't mean anything. They should refund the money charged or get rid of their phony guarantee.

Stayed at this property previously a number of years ago and the stay over Christmas was terrific. Wish we could say the same for this past stay this month. We had a one bedroom suite for four nights, $834+ tax included. The suite was fine although the placement of furniture, tv could have been more user friendly. The hot water was very intermitent some times hot sometimes tepid at best. Had to call front desk five times during stay to get water that was hot.Housekeeping showed once after I requested service, the trash accumulated to the point that there were no other wastebaskets. The whole disatisfaction began when checking in no luggage racks were available so I at 78 years old and disabled made three trips to the suite. When we were scheduled to check out I went to the lobby at approx 3:30 am to bring a rack up to the suite, guess what? No rack available which means make three trips back down. I had read the trip advisor reviews and saw they weren't very good but thought some people over react. They were spot on this hotel is totally sub par not only for carrying the Hilton name but the inflated room rates. They also do not provide complimentary breakfast as do their competitors. We would have stayed at the Hampton if they had a King suite available. If we were to know ahead of time we would have taken a queen single. If you really want your moneys worth do not stay here if you have a choice. Also to add the hallway was loded with dirty towels on the floor which created a athletes locker room odor

Nutyot expected
Surrounding guests were very loud into the late hours. The bathroom sink required maintenance upon arrival. The host at check-in was short and cold, just enough to get me checked in. The same person was overly pleasant at checkout. The Hilton app did not work at all for this trip.

We have stayed in this hotel 13 times. It's almost impossible to get your room serviced. We were told that our room would not be serviced today because we had put a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The room DOES NOT HAVE ONE. They accused us of lying but we were assured that it would be serviced. Tonight, April 25, we arrived to dirty towels, an unmade bed and full trash cans. When we stayed here over Thanksgiving 2024 for 4 nights, the room was NEVER serviced. We are very neat but we expect basic service at this price point.

Terrible, Disappointing Stay! Room Never Cleaned!
We were told our room would be serviced every other day. My husband checked on Friday morning and was told that our room would not be serviced because we had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door at 8 am. As he told them, room 414 DOES NOT HAVE A “DO NOT DISTURB” sign. They RUDELY refused to correct the error. I called to politely ask them to resolve the issue but was told to email the director of sales if we wanted to complain.
Later, I went to the desk and told Jan that we did not have such a sign. A very polite gentleman behind the desk said this should not have happened and that our room would be serviced by the end of the day. Neither desk clerk said a word so he must be a very senior person, perhaps a regional manager. Unfortunately, we did not get his name.
That night, April 25, we arrived to find dirty towels, an unmade bed, and overflowing trash cans. Towels were delivered on Saturday morning but the housekeeper said we were not down for service.
As if that wasn't bad enough, our sink had no plug which we reported every day. And we had to run the shower for up to 10 minutes to get hot water.
We have stayed in this hotel 13 times. NEVER AGAIN!!!

DONT GO!!!! I stayed a Motel the night before I stayed here. In the hood, it had roaches and wasn’t the cleanest! But it had hot water!! This place didn’t and didn’t care or ask to change my room, no refund nothing!! I didn’t sleep well b/c I ain’t taking no cold shower after a 12 hr shift! So of course my next work didn’t start well!!I should have sleep in the car instead of giving them almost 200$ for nothing! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST “HOTEL “ I have stayed in!!! Ever ever!!!!
