Had a wonderful visit!!
The room is so cozy and perfect for two people plus one if they can fit comfortably on the couch! The amenities were just what we need!! The host was so accommodating and kind. Thank you!

Cozy and Quaint
Place was a nice find. Relatively updated, clean and cute decor. Perfect for a short stay in a very beautiful area. Only recommendation I would have is it would be nice to have access to the private beach for the community, since there are no public ones...

Cozy
Lovely, cozy (small) unit. Perfect for my husband and me. Simple, clean bright decor. Loved the lighting and smart tv! Patrick was wonderful host responding quickly with needed info.
Definitely we will come back again.

great little place
We used this property as a home base for exploring Long Island and it is a good location for seeing the whole island including the south side beaches. 2+ hour drive to Montauk lighthouse but worth it. I agree with another reviewer that the listing is a bit misleading in that it implies you get the whole cabin, which you definitely do not. you get a basement apartment under the main cabin. However, my husband and I were quite content there- it is a cute space and roomy for 2 people with comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and nice TV. Parking is a bit dicey as you share it with the people living upstairs and it is tight even with a smaller car. The parking down on the street is a good option. Check in process was super easy and communication with the host was easy as well. Overall we were quite happy there.

Cute Rocky Point Cabin
Cute little place which suited our needs. Nicely decorated, very quiet and easy access in and out of property. We would definitely stay there again.
