We have booked 2 rooms to attend our daughter’s graduation. Had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Was particularly impressed with housekeeping staff. Everyday we come back from a well cleaned room. There was one day when we were still in when the housekeeping staff came around and we told her to come back 2 hours later to do the cleaning and she did. Super efficient! Other staff from other departments that we come in contact with - the reception, the concierge were all very attentive and friendly making our stay truly enjoyable.
The hotel room's thermostat was set at 68 degrees F when we entered but we found it to be quite warm, so we turned the thermostat down to 65 degrees, then further to 62 degrees because the room was still quite stifling. Around 2:00 a.m., uncomfortable and sweating while trying to sleep, we called the front desk and told them that we had lowered the thermostat to 60 degrees F but that the heat was just as warm as when we first entered the room (there was no way to measure it but I'm guessing it was close to 80 degrees). The front desk told us that the thermostat only controls the heat; that is, lowering the temperature will not actually cool the room or turn the heat off. They told us that the only way to stop the heat was to turn it OFF. We were also advised to open a window, which we did; but the noise from the city outside did not help us get a good night's sleep at all, and the room took a while to cool down enough to be able to sleep comfortably. This one issue---the extremely warm and uncomfortable room---is enough to make us not return to this hotel in the future.

I've stayed here twice. The location is great. Shopping and dining around are convenient. The library is also very close. The room size is also large. Bottled water is provided every day. It is highly recommended to choose this hotel when going to Boston

The location of the hotel is good, very close to the city center. Luggage can be stored and someone will help you move your luggage to the room (give a small tip appropriately). The room is spacious, with a kitchen, separate bathroom and a small cloakroom. The kitchen has a coffee machine, microwave, pots and pans. It is also a good choice for short-term stay. The overall sound insulation of the room is weak, and you will be woken up by the sound of the vacuum cleaner in the next room in the morning.

The room assigned to me upon arrival was not cleaned, so I had to wait to be assigned another room, which was inconvenient, and the fact that the cleaning was not done thoroughly was unfortunate.
I would have been upset if I had thought it would be as hygienic as Korea.
They cleaned the room every day, but they didn't change the blankets.
They just re-set them.
So there were hairs and cookie crumbs in the blankets. 🥲
I didn't want them to fight, so I cleaned them up~^^

We spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room.
Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from.
One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day.
If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay.
The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were very helpful and they upgraded us to a lovely spacious room with a fabulous view! The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the Pacific Mall, the museums, Newbury St.and many restaurants around. The Lucy Bar and Restaurant inside the hotel is excellent and the food was great! I recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely stay there again.

AAnonymous UserThis is the second time I stayed at this hotel. The basic accommodation conditions of Four Seasons, such as quilts, pillows, air conditioning, bathroom, spacious rooms, etc., are beyond doubt and must be excellent and reliable. There is a high-quality Japanese restaurant downstairs, which is modern. The SPA is very good. The only thing that is not as good as the old Four Seasons Hotel in Boston is that the room is just very modern, without any style.
DDONGBEIBreakfast is not very rich, but there are also some. Hotel location is very good, surrounded by bustling, eating, shopping is very convenient, the airport bus is on the side, 3 minutes walk

Llucky VVBefore I booked this place, I wanted to experience the atmosphere of the school club, and overall I was very satisfied. Because the flight arrived too early, I stayed in the cold wind at the door for half an hour at six o'clock. The chef came to work and opened the door for me to enter. Fortunately, there was coffee and cookies. Then I was very lucky that the room that I was supposed to check in at 3pm was checked into my room at 8:30pm! !
The bed and pillows were very, very comfortable! ! Although the room is not big and the bathroom is in the corridor, there are only 12 rooms in the entire hotel, so it is very quiet and no one is disturbed. I stayed still and didn’t want to go out.
This club used to be an all-girls college, so the old ladies I saw playing mahjong the next day were all students from the previous school.
The only thing that didn't feel good was that there was a restroom next to the restaurant. Maybe it was because of the sewers, so there was a bit of a smell near the restroom.

AAnonymous UserThe location of this hotel is not bad, and the service is also very nice. When I checked out on the last day, because it was an evening flight, there was no charge for storing my luggage at the front desk. I took a tour in the afternoon and went to the hotel to pick up my luggage and go directly to the airport. This hotel The environment is also good

GGuest UserThis hotel is located in the Back Bay area of Boston, and the Armtrak train station in Back Bay is about ten minutes walk away. The hotel seems to be a homestay in the classical style block of Back Bay, but it has a certain scale. Two days before check-in, the hotel sent the front door and room password, self-check in, very convenient. The one-bedroom suite is a small one-bedroom and one-living room. Just entering the door is a small kitchen table, sink refrigerator microwave induction cooker, various kitchen utensils and tableware wine glasses. The bathroom is a bit small, rain toilet and single sink. There are two chairs on the desk in the living room and a sofa for one person. The bedroom is a 1.5 meter bed with a narrow closet with a clothes rail safe and ironing board. Maybe because it is summer, the bedding is a thin blanket, and it will be more comfortable if it is a fluffy thin quilt. The biggest advantage of this hotel room is that all windows have screens and can be opened for ventilation. There is a waiter duty room, buffet breakfast room, gym and public restroom on the basement floor. The waiter is friendly. There is a 7-11 downstairs, the corner is the Boston Green Line subway station, and the Prudential Shopping Center. There are Northeastern University, Berkeley Conservatory of Music and New England Conservatory of Music within walking distance.

RRadiant NArrived at the hotel around 2 pm and fortunately the room has ready, however we had a room located far away from the elevator, in fact my room is at the end of the of the hallway 😑 the room is small with old furniture, there was some cracks on the wood panel. There is no fridge and the AC was so noisy. The bathroom is good - I think it has been renovated. With the price we’ve paid I think I just bought the ‘location’ instead of the room as it is a very standard room, considering it is a 5 stars hotel.
