3-Star Hotels in Sudlohn

Eine Nacht geschäftlich in Oeding. Ein charmantes Hotel, das Zimmer war einfach ausgestattet (preislich sehr gut), sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist gut und alles was man braucht ist da. Das absolute Highlight war aber das Abendessen. Wir kamen gegen 19 Uhr an und dachten ”schnell noch was im Hotel-Restaurant essen” und erwarteten nicht all zuviel. Ein Blick in die Speisekarte machte dann sofort neugierig. Echtes Wiener Schnitzel vom Münsterländer Kalb und ACHTUNG Sauerbraten vom Kabeljau mit Kartoffelstampf, Bärlauch-Beurre-Blanc und Mairübchen. Sauerbraten, Fisch??? Das musste es sein. Haben also einmal Schnitzel und einmal Sauerbraten bestellt. Das Schnitzel war sehr gut, aber der Sauerbraten vom Kabeljau der absolute Hammer. Selten so genial gegessen. Alles harmonierte extrem gut. Die Butter zum angenehm sauren Fisch und zum sehr guten Kartoffelstampf war himmlisch. Die Mairübchen lecker, aber mir hätte schon Fisch, Kartoffeln und diese grandiose Beurre-Blanc gereicht. Das ganze mit sehr gut gezapftem Bier von besonders freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen serviert. Ich werde sicher bald nochmal hin fahren und hoffe, dass der Sauerbraten noch auf der Karte ist. Tolles Gesamtpaket mit herausragender Küche. Danke dafür.

I was here for the second time for a night trip. Not expensive, very friendly staff and the dinner is also good. The room I had was a little less, room number 10 was in the ”Gästehaus”. However, some minpoints are to be solved quickly; - assemble a thicker garden (the current garden leaves too much light through, at the rising sun you become already at 5 a.m. weaked by the many lights) - assemble a soap box in the shower - assemble a trail under the door (a lot of light is now going through: dissolved by putting the towel there) Very little sleeped because there were some people who came back from a party down the hall and who were still talking and laughing loudly until 3:15 (!). Afterwards, however, the sun came up at 5 a.m. The next time I take sleeping masks and ears and then it's all right. Breakfast: all right, no croissants. Furthermore, the coffee machine is very slow.
