Very comfortable location, very private space, relatively large room, bed and sofa are very comfortable. The waiters are all very enthusiastic, and the most attentive employees are probably the two young men from the restaurant in the outer area!
There are also many shortcomings, the bathroom supplies are too old and are in a broken state; the TV is too small and the space is too different from the original room, and the waiter is difficult to find. What frightened me the most was John, the service staff at the front desk. We had a great time as the product and service standard were excellent. The staff was very helpful, kind and professional. Our room was fantastic and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Dinner was average. Great job and thanks!

NewYear’s Eve getaway
The entire staff was very friendly and eager to please. The casitas were nicely furnished, roomy, and comfortable. I found the bed to be a bit too firm for my taste. The grounds were clean.
The negatives are attributed to the very slow dining service. It took forever to get our order, and check. They were out of a number of items that were in the menu. The food was mediocre. They did have a decent breakfast buffet.
