Our stay was pleasant with all the attentive and kind staff, I even got my coffee changed! There were live singers singing old classics to add to the holiday cheer. The Sands resto staff were very accommodating and the manager even replaced my bland coffee. The front office informed us of the 20% discount promo on our arrival date. I just wished we get to receive the promo discount, too.😊 The hotel housekeeping staff were very kind and polite. They replaced my defective electric kettle and gave me addnl bottled water for the inconvenience. They even provide nightcap treats! Sweets! ❤️ The hotel needs upgrading though. The shower had no hot water.

Really had an enjoyable stay from a seamless check in, breathtaking surroundings and delicious breakfast. Excellent customer service provided by the staff and great rooms.

Pool life Guard bring a smile to non Asia customer and attend to them more than Asia customer. Location is good for photo taking, hotel staff have very good service. Price is on the high side vs other similar hotel nearby

Hotels in Subic Bay are generally old, and this one has quite a history as well. However, the room is big enough, and the bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, and it is fairly clean and tidy. Very close to the beach.

The hotel is good, the pool too, very clean rooms, the beach and exteriors...very Filipino...

Environment: The room is very spacious, the beach is nice, it would be nice if the elevator could be bigger Hygiene: clean and tidy Facilities: Nice restaurants and bars Service: The waiters are very enthusiastic and take the initiative to help guests take photos.

We like the complimentary drinks always available near the front desk plus the complimentary snacks in the hotel restaurant and complimentary room snacks and drinks serve by the hotel housekeeping staff. I like the scents of their handwash soaps & lotion. We like the design of the room and all the things they provide inside the room. We also like the lighthouse at night.

Don’t bother booking this hotel , it’s over priced , poorly run , tired and overall underwhelming. Qudos to the housekeeping staff who were lovely . If your eating in the restaurant make sure your food is actually cooked before eating it , my wife certainly regretted not doing so with raw prawns served up .

Very helpful and friendly staff. Helped with seeing places and what to see. Two large beds and a good sized bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Lift was out of action when we were there but the exercise did us good. Good breakfast. Accommodating restaurant staff.

Great service and New Years Eve Party would recommend anyone to book this hotel first class service well situated within in walking distance to many restaurants, management at the hotel are really the best and will assist with any of your requirements.

I would like to commend the staff for the very memorable experience we had during my mom's birthday celebration. It truly was one of the happiest moments that we will cherish for a long time. Everything went smoothly and all my family members had nothing but praises. From the cruise to the room accommodations and especially the breakfast. Special mention to the housekeeping staff member who found my valuables and turned it over to the front desk. You are life saver.

We stayed from Feb 20-22 with our friends and were assigned the 3rd floor overlooking the beach. We were assigned a corner room facing the sunrise and the sunset views which were awesome. The rooms were very clean and truly enjoyed the restaurant where we ate dinner there both nights including the acoustic musical entertainment. Most of all, we really appreciated the kindness, warmth and hospitality of all the staff from the front desk, the room staff and the restaurant, including the pool staff. Cant wait to come back there next time!

Over priced. Needs to have more power outlets. Needs to have more hanging areas for robes and towels inside the bathroom. They charge us for cappucino during breakfast. Other hotels weve been to offer this for free with the breakfast and those hotels are much cheaper in comparison to Lighthouse. Staff in the restaurants needs to be retrained. Overall the hotel is pricey!

A funtastic location and very luxurious place at reasonable price. Located on beach inside Subic Bay Freeport. Has swimming pool. A sailing and boating connection. Really friendly people and staff. Close to live music venues. Close by is Network, a business with many water activities. Short distance to an ocean adventure park, tiger safari park or zoo like park. A few good malls a short walk. Many restaurants close walk. Texas Joe. My favorite.
