I booked 3 room x 2 nights for my brother’s birthday celebration and we had really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Service is top notch! Moses have helped us with the luggage when we were arrived. Thiban at the receptionist desk who served us was friendly and tried his best to accommodate our request. The check in process was smooth and quick. We also received a delicious birthday cake which brightened up our stay. Kids were excited to play at the kids club and swimming pool. For adults, there’s gym and sauna facilities. Hotel is connected to shopping mall which is great for shopping and eateries. The room is spacious comes with big TV with screen sharing and a magnetic wireless charger, a big plus for those who want to watch the show on their own choice and people like me who forgot to bring phone charger. Breakfast has abundant food and variety of choices. Nasi lemak is the best. Just the hotel didn’t provide free parking, you need to pay MYR15 per day. Other than that we were satisfied with our stay. We would definitely come back again for staycation.

The staffs are friendly and able to help us with early check-in. The hotel need 5-10 minutes walk to the theme park. Along the the way will pass by the shops and food so it is really convenient.Staying at level 21 so has a great view.

Upon check in a staff by the name of Shaffiq attended to us with friendliness, warmth and grace.  We were upgraded to an executive club room from a club room. The room was very spacious but the sofa and chairs in the sitting room were very uncomfortable. We had a hard time sitting on them. They were too deep and had no back support. The mini bar was not replenished daily. The full set of towels were not replaced when the room was cleaned. We had to call for replacement. I think the efficiency of the housekeeping has to be improved, although they always brought whatever we requested over the phone very quickly. The point is, if they had done their job properly we would not have to call them to bring us the towels etc. There should be more varieties of food for breakfast. We stayed for 1 week and the choices never changed. You should really have a rotation of choice of food. The pillows were, although made of natural materials, were too large and high. I coul not get support for my neck and did not have a good sleep for the duration of my stay.  Apart from that, the staff, from the door man, reception, restaurants, housekeeping were all excellent. The atmosphere and ambience of the hotel and rooms were good, too. I would come back to the hotel but the thought of sleeping with the pillows supplied, is keeping me away.

It was a great stay overall, location-wise its a less than 3 minute walk to Sunway Pyramid mall passing thru smaller streets and shops. There are nearby eateries and convenience stores for those late night cravings too. Free water dispenser is available along the hallway each floor for convenience. Room provided is huge yet basic, keeping with their eco-friendly theme. Free breakfast also provided with voucher on the nearby cafe, though the drink itself needs to top up by RM 5 which is fine. My only drawback was the lavatory sink leak throughout my stay, I already told the housekeeper to address it with someone. But that help never arrived, so I used the extra towels to catch the drip. Other than that I appreciate the minimalist setup on the room, but can be improved more on addressing guest’s concerns.

Very clean. Sound proof is not adequate, you can hear people talking even from their rooms. Parking can be a problem.

Really clean, cool, smart hotel.. very accessible to Sunway lagoon, sunway mall, foods shops around, klinik, pharmacy.. this hotel is nice for teenagers as they have PS5 and arcade.. we stayed 3 nights.. had a good sleep.. very helpful even if all done via kiosk and online... best fun hotel.. for a smart stay..:) My boys loved the hotel. We also got 3 free breakfast coupons at next door mamak shop..

I recently stayed at Hotel MM in Subang Jaya for a short trip and had a generally decent experience. Checking in the hotel took me less than 5min. The hotel offers budget-friendly accommodation, ideal for solo travelers or anyone looking for a quick stopover in the area.

This is a very cost-effective hotel, but it's too far from Sunway University. It's basically impossible to walk there. If you want to take a taxi to go shopping or school, it's actually not cost-effective because the taxi will cost more than 20 yuan. The facilities of this hotel are okay and relatively new, but there is a smell of paint and plastic decoration. It may have been a guesthouse of a football club. There is no one in charge, no staff on duty, and only a check-in and check-out machine. If you book on the platform, you will be charged the Malaysian ringgit tourism tax twice. Remember to ask the clerk to refund it, provided that you can find the clerk.
