this is the WORST EVER EVER EVER hotel i had ever been, everywhere is dirty snd smelly.
1. The door is very broken, make weird noise, anyone can broke jn very easy, it is VERY UNSAFE!!!
2. The customer service is BAD, not even look at you when u check in, and talk with a bad attitude to customer.
3. There is people ******* in the hotel, just next door, imagine u live next to a guy that already unstable with blurred eyes and smile weirdly to you when u tryna get in your room, and with that broken door…
I booked for 3 night, but decided to check out and requested for refund for the next two night since i already check in the first night.
I spoke to the counter service, and he said it’s no problem & the next two night can be refund. But I need to contact to Trip.com to take the money due to the money haven’t received from the hotel, so i did it.
After contacting the Trip.com customer service, they said no problem but have to wait for the hotel to verify the via email to refund the money back to me. But they can’t reach the hotel, the hotel keep ignoring their email.
So i call to the hotel customer service, and they suddenly don’t want to refund the payment and HUNG UP on us like??
And we try to call back to them, they just keep hang up and hang up, what a poor service and hotel.
#YOU WILL NEVER WANT TO KIVE AT THIS HOTEL trust me!!
