Unfortunately, i booked 5 rooms, and all rooms have issued, First, the towels in the room had an unpleasant odor, and was found to have a hole and mold. Secondly, I found debris or “bulu” in the sink upon check-in.
The bedsheets so stinky till we couldn’t stand we had to cover the bedsheets with our clothes & some appeared yellow.
Moreover, one of the air conditioning units was not functioning properly, take awhile to cool the room.
Overall, my experience was disappointing. 2/10! Not recommending this hotel.

It was really dirty. There were bugs in the room and there were a lot of bugs in the toilet. The front desk seemed to be an Indian guy. Anyway, it was normal that the translator could not translate.
