Nada decepciona en este hotel comenzando por el trato al cliente del personal de restaurante, limpieza o recepción que te hacen sentir como en casa. Edificio precioso. Detalles cuidados en cada rincón, limpieza excelente en cualquier lugar sea la habitación o espacios comunes. Las suites, y ya he estado alojado en dos, acogedoras y al detalle, incluso con dos cuartos de baño. El desayuno buffet muy completo, con todo lo que desees hecho al momento, repostería propia (excelente la quesada), zumos naturales y atención personal. Jardín y piscina pequeños pero acogedores. Solo con la atención del personal se merece esas cinco estrellas.En definitiva excelente.

Nos hemos hospedado en una Junior suites con Jacuzzi en régimen de media pensión. El hotel cumple con lo esperado para un 5 estrellas. Limpieza, comodidad, amabilidad, servicios … Cuenta con desayuno tipo buffet donde puedes encontrar variedad de opciones dulces, saladas, frutas y plancha en el momento (eva es magnífica y se nota que le gusta su trabajo). Cena con carta ofertando dos primeros y dos segundos a elegir además de variedad de opciones para niños. La comida de las cenas es de muy buena calidad, sabrosa y con una magnífica presentación, mis felicitaciones a cocina. Cuenta con piscina y gimnasio. En nuestro caso el trato ha sido inmejorable desde la llegada, pero tengo que hacer especial mención a los trabajadores del salón tanto en los desayunos como en las cenas, no sé el nombre de todos los trabajadores pero nos han echo sentir como en casa y han tratado a los niños con muchísimo cariño y para ellos llegar a la hora de la cena era un motivo de alegría. Además es un hotel que cuida los detalles como podéis apreciar en las fotos. Para mí este hotel es una elección acertadisima y no dudaría en repetir si volviera a la zona. El hotel estaba muy limpio y muy bien cuidado. El personal, tanto de recepción como los camareros y camareras del desayuno y la cena, fue siempre muy amable, al igual que el personal de limpieza y mantenimiento que encontrábamos por los pasillos. El desayuno tipo buffet era muy variado, con opciones tanto dulces como saladas. La cena cambiaba cada día y siempre estaba muy buena. Además, tuvieron el detalle de ofrecer a nuestra niña la posibilidad de elegir entre la carta o incluso pedir algo especial si le apetecía. También queremos agradecer los detalles que tuvieron al final de la estancia, tanto para nosotros como para la niña. Sin duda, un hotel que recomendaría absolutamente.

Hotel Costa Esmeralda Suites in Suances is truly a gem in the heart of Cantabria. The hotel features an outstanding building designed in the style of a traditional Cantabrian house. The beautiful suites are equipped with brand new facilities, including a jacuzzi and separate rooms that allow for both family time and personal privacy. The rooms are impeccably clean – the cleanest I have ever seen. The breakfast is delicious, with high-quality products. Guests can also enjoy the swimming pool, lounge terrace, and outdoor jacuzzi. The hotel is centrally located with direct access to the beaches. However, the best part of the hotel is its personnel. From the reception to housekeeping and the restaurant staff, everyone truly makes a difference and enhances the overall experience. Truly a gem in beautiful Cantabria worth a stay for those luxury and exclusivity seekers. Show less

Nuestra estancia fue muy cómoda,el personal tanto de recepción como de terraza y limpieza fue excelente,con muy buenas atenciones. Fallaron las formas del camarero del comedor. No se dicen los precios ni el menú de pie sin acomodar a los comensales. Finguers de pollo sin salsa xq no tenían...(en la cafetería si) No se sirve el culin de las botellas... Se notaba que tenía prisa por despacharnos. Como punto positivo la comida fue excelente.

Están en todos los detalles desde que llegas hasta que te marchas, todo el personal es súper amable. Los desayunos en el buffet son geniales, los postres caseros están exquisitos, nuestro favorito la quesada que les sale riquísima. Las habitaciones tienen todos los servicios y comodidades y está todo muy limpio y cuidado. Mil gracias por todo 🙂
