Прекрасное место! Замечательные хозяева, потрясающий вид, комфортные террасы! Есть мангал, в номерах всё необходимое для отдыха. Прогулялись пешком до Рисана. Чуть больше 4 километров. Немного притомились, но красоты всё компенсировали)

Location is just perfect (close to Kotor and Herzeg Novi, ferry and Tivat). Very good starting point for exploring the region. The view from the balcony over the Kotor bay was just fantastic! Everything you need is in the apartment. Owner is very supportive and helpful

Suitable 5 day stay, (ap n1 first floor). The bedding could do with being more comfortable and the kitchen a little better equipped with basics like salt, oil, coffee, etc. The general atmosphere is old-fashioned (furniture, lighting, decor)
The view is very appreciable, as in the photo. Unfortunately a little disturbed by the noise from the road but difficult to do otherwise on this seaside. A visual separation with the adjacent terrace would be a plus as would a brushstroke on the railing around this terrace.
Easy access to water.
Our host was very friendly.

Very welcoming host. Very big and nice apartment with a huge balcony with view on the bay.
Private parking with plenty of spots. Pay attention when going up to the parking with low cars as it is very steep. The property has their own beach/ponton just 1 minute walk away. The host sometimes offers to cook, we had bbq’ed fish, a huge plate for 2 people. It was very good and price very fair.
Location is a little far out of Kotor, approximately 30 minutes to go to Kotor old town.
Internet was quite good.

The water view from this property was incredible. The apartment was very dated and didn’t have many amenities. The shower door was broken but we only stayed for a night and left early the next day so didn’t bother us much. A coffee maker of some sorts would have been appreciated.

Mladen is a particularly valuable person and caring host. He made sure we had everything we needed. He kept asking us if we needed anything else. He even let us use his canoe free of charge. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need for life. The apartment handover was uncomplicated. We particularly liked the great balcony with the outstanding view over the bay. The beach, which we used often, is also great and equipped with loungers and umbrellas.
