Each bedroom is designed to reflect the natural beauty right outside, and give guests a comfortable place to unwind after a busy day. Our bedrooms are designed to be perfect for kids or adults, with exceptionally comfortable beds and plenty of space. ⟡ BATHROOMS ⟡ There is a half bathroom on the main floor and two full bathrooms on the third top floor. One bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and the other has a walk-in shower and a chic, jetted tub. Whether you want to soak your muscles after a day of shopping or enjoy a hot steamy shower first thing in the morning, these bathrooms give you the space and modern amenities to feel right at home. ⟡ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ⟡ The sleek and stylish kitchen is big enough for multiple guests to move in and out, and is complete with cooking essentials, including a Keurig, coffee pods, and creamer. When you stay in this home, you have the entire space to yourself. ⟡PARKING⟡ You can park up to 4 cars in the private driveway and will be given a key code for contactless entry into the home. Although the lake is visible from the back side of the house, please DO NOT try to access the lake by walking down the hill behind the house. Instead, we will provide you the address of where to drive to in order to access the beach-entry lake after your reservation is confirmed. Pet Fee: $50 per pet, maximum of 4 pets (vaccination records required). This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind. Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests.
