Nice size room and comfortable bed. So I have no complaints with the actual hotel. My gripe is that the car park area to the right of the main doors resembled a rubbish tip. There was glass bottles, cans etc strewn over the car park and really tarnished my experience at Stonehouse.

A Travelodge is a Travelodge, you know what you're getting! Rooms were very clean, bed and pillows really comfy but what made our 2 night stay special was the staff. Unbelievably welcoming, helpful, friendly and cheerful, even after a very long shift. Really handy having Starbucks next door too!!

...Staff member paul at stonehouse was very well spoken and helpful top marks! I was greeted on my arrival and departure, my room was up to standards and very clean I will most definitely be back! Thank you very much........................

Excellent help from Paul at Stonehouse, The accessible rooms were booked but Paul managed to find a ground floor room for us. The reception was always managed and cheerful. This site does not have a restaurant which was the only downside but there is a Starbucks next door for an early morning Coffee.

The beds were very comfy,the room was clean very fresh we were going to a wedding and I brought my Granddaughter whom is in a wheelchair so my focus was on this when booking the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable our room catered for a wheelchair user the bath/Shower was low so easy access i will be using Travelodge again and a great big shout out for Paul at the reception last night Saturday 14th December beautiful personality so Thank you

Wonderful and friendly service at Stonehouse travel lodge. Paul was very helpful while we stayed. Highly recommended. Thanks for the service Paul ! I will bring my family here again. Stonehouse is close to a Starbucks, subway, so very handy indeed.

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the receptionist Paul, whose warm and welcoming demeanour made me feel instantly at ease. Their professionalism and friendly attitude was truly exceptional. The room was extremely comfortable,spotlessly clean, incredibly cozy, and thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the fresh, inviting fragrance in the lobby added a delightful touch, making the entire experience feel luxurious and homely. Thank you for such an unforgettable stay!"
