Stayed for 5 nights. Hotel was clean. Sadly Wifi did not reach our room. Variable Wifi in Bar Area. Breakfast was adequate. Dinner was very limited choice. Buffet. Sadly sleep was disturbed by some of the worst pillows i have encountered anywhere in the world. So flat and soft. Staff were excellent. However the owner did not smile! On leaving, the bar bills had not been added up. Long queue built up as she slowly totalled everyones bill. In walking distance of lakeside and ferry terminals. Strobel itself is beautiful. Hotel was adequate for what we wanted but would not rush back.

Die Hotelchefin hat uns bei unserer Ankunft unfreundlich und genervt empfangen. Auf unserer Frage, wann unsere Zimmer in etwa bezugsfertig sind, reagierte sie relativ aggressiv. Hatten ab da schon kein Bock mehr, dieser Dame Geld ins Haus zu tragen. Zum Glück hatten wir einen Gutschein fürs Wochenende ansonsten wären wir direkt wieder gefahren. Sonstiges Personal bemüht und freundlich aber nicht professionell. Ort ist schön, aber lieber ein anderes Hotel wählen. Generell kein 4-Sterne-Niveau, fühlt sich eher an als sei man in einer Jugendherberge.

Chefin benimmt sich gegenüber ihren Angestellten und Kunden äußerst unhöflich und aggressiv. Bei so einer Person möchte man wirklich nicht seinen Urlaub verbringen, geschweige denn Geld dafür bezahlen. Stimmung dort ist allgemein sehr schlecht. Zimmer, Essen und sonstiges Personal ist in Ordnung, jedoch absolut keine 4-Sterne wert.
