Dit hotel is ons qua alles zwaar tegengevallen. Het personeel is onplezierig en kortweg bot. Het management op afstand, en denkt alleen aan haar portemonnee. Je mag een hondje meenemen (dat is normaal in Italië) maar je moet hem de hele dag bij je houden, dus ook in de hete zon bij het zwembad. Het zwembad is trouwens via een pas afgesloten met hekken van het Hotel zelf, echt heel raar, en het zwembad ligt erg ongezellig. De kamers zijn vreselijk, en het is duidelijk dat er geen geld in renovatie wordt gestoken. Overal lopen losse draden, en niks lijkt schimmelvrij. Bekijk de foto's maar. Dit hotel gaan wij als gezien NOOIT meer boeken.

Lovely 4 day break
Lovely 4 day stay. We stayed in a lake view dual aspect room that was recently decorated and had an extremely comfortable, large bed. Great shower in a newly refurbished bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was efficient. Good choice of fresh food at breakfast. Approximately a 15 minute walk to the main part of Stresa where the ferry port is situated. The view from our room was beautiful and we would stay again.

Das Zimmer war in einem anderen Gebäude. Gross aber es stank nach Schimmel. Das Personal war höflich aber nicht Gastfreundlich. Zum Frühstück gab es das notwendigste, aber nichts außergewöhnliches. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und man hat gute Parkmöglichkeit. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Fantastic family hotel!
Really lovely family hotel set just back from the main promenade in Stresa. Beautiful gardens and a really well kept and well run hotel. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. The pool area is secluded and very well managed. Our room was perfect, with a large terrace that had views of the lake and was bathed in sunshine for most of the day. Perfect!
