Ночевала две ночи. Все очень понравилось. Перемещалась общественным транспортом, поэтому близость к вокзалу сыграла важную роль. Номер чистый. Матрас удобный. Полотенца пушистые. Кондиционер работает. Вай фай без проблем. Все, что для меня важно, было на высоте. Кстати, бесплатный пляж в двух-трех минутах от отеля.

We had an ok stay but this was the worst accomodation we had during a 1 month trip around Europe. The location is great as it’s very close to the train station and the lake. However, it was not a very comfortable stay for 3 main reasons:
1. The wifi didn’t work in our room
2. There was no hot water for a shower at night
3. Despite receiving email confirmation before arriving that we would have a double bed, our room had 2 old single beds that had been pushed together. These couldn’t be slept on as a double because: they were on unlockable casters, so easily moved on the tiled floor, the mattresses deeply sagged in the middle so there was a ridge on the edge of each of the mattresses, and, they were made up with single linen. In addition, we didn’t use the balcony we were looking forward to as it looked straight onto a construction site. So all in all, we were disappointed.

Excellent value for money. The hotel is in a brilliant location, just set back from the lake front. Handy for the train station, the ferry terminal and town centre. We stayed in the original part of the hotel and the room was fairly small and basic it was lovely and clean and provided an excellent base. Breakfast is fine with lots of choice. All the staff were welcoming particularly the gentleman on reception in the afternoon/evening. All in all excellent value.

Hotel tre stelle top per la categoria. Camera minimal ma con tutto, anche balconcino con sdraio. Struttura nuova e silenziosa, bene anche la colazione. Reception tutti cordiali, soprattutto il ragazzo del pomeriggio. Consiglio la struttura.

This hotel is a fantastic choice for its prime location near Lake Maggiore, just a 10-minute walk from both the ferry and train station. You'll find yourself close to a variety of restaurants, the main town, and a scenic panoramic view walk. The staff are attentive and incredibly helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Our room offered ample space with comfortable beds, and thoughtful amenities like shampoo, a shower cap, and soap were provided. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. As a gluten-free guest, my options were unfortunately limited to two slices of bread and a cake. On one occasion, gluten-free bread wasn't available, despite plenty of other bread and rolls for other guests. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were friendly. The rest was disappointing. We were in the old part of the hotel. It was clean, but very basic. Essentially a bed, cupboard and a tiny bathroom. Aircon worked well. No tea/coffee making facilities in room, no fridge, no chair, just very basic. Good location, although they are currently building across the road, so can be noisy.

Vorrei condividere questa spiacevole esperienza con voi! Avevamo il check out alle 11.00. Alle 8.30 entrano in stanza mentre dormiamo per mostrare la matrimoniale a qualcuno dicendo “e questa è la matrimoniale”. Alle 11 scendiamo per fare il checkout e lo facciamo notare alla titolare che ci risponde: ma davvero? mi dispiace ma bisogna mettere il cartellino “non disturbare”. E noi giustamente rispondiamo: ma scherza? avete aperto senza bussare alle 8.30 e avevamo il checkout alle 11, e ci risponde anche che è colpa nostra?! La titolare risponde che non serve essere maleducate. Noi rispondiamo perfetto vorrà direi che non torneremo più e ci incamminiamo verso l’uscita mentre la titolare ci risponde “menomale perché clienti così meglio non averli”. Siamo rimaste sconvolte dalla scortesia di fronte ad un loro errore, l’unica cosa da fare era chiedere scusa e cercare di recuperare, non accusare noi di non aver messo il cartellino non disturbare alle 8.30 del mattino 2 ore e mezza prima del check out. Veramente imbarazzante e maleducata. Inoltre il bagno era strettissimo, incluso il water e il bidet piccoli e scomodi. Sopra al bidet c’era anche una mensola sopra che lo rendeva quasi inutilizzabile. Un’altra cosa fastidiosa è stata l’assenza di basi per appoggiare zaino ed effetti personali. Farei notare anche la presenza di polvere che nel nostro caso con l’allergia è stata davvero problematica se non pericolosa.

Buonissimo hotel 3 stelle a 200 metri dal lungo lago, in prossimità delle partenze battelli. Pulito, ordinato che offre un ottima colazione salato e dolce. Presente un ampio parcheggio seminterrato di proprietà da prenotare. In conclusione un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Curti
