Breakfast is too good! The train station walks 300 meters. Opposite the lake can take a boat. Bathroom accessories are exquisite! Staff is very friendly and introduces many attractions! The lake room is great

It's very comfortable and nice. It's like staying in a palace. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. The restaurant inside is also delicious. The price is not expensive, only 1,000 per person. The spa inside is very good.

Friendly staff, amazing hotel in an excellent position for discovering Stresa and the surrounding area. The local ferry’s are cheap, convenient and easy to use and there is a direct train to Milan that takes just over an hour. Isola Bella and Isola Madre are definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended.

Great location, great staff, excellent food. Garden is exceptional. Rooms were comfortable, clean and well kept. Staff in the restaurant and the bars were friendly and very attentive. The only slight criticism that you could make is that the reception is a little small with only being manned by at most 2 people.

Hotel with great location, next to Lake and ferry terminal. During checkin the receptions took IDs and told to come later to get them back which is unacceptable. Also no information on additional access to pool, had to ask myself after finding on the hotel website. Lot of bars and restaurants even in the same building. Tasty breakfasts, the best crossaints I had in Stresa. The downside is also poor maintenance of rooms, slow WiFi, AC control panel was very old and simply AC wasn't working. Bed very soft which is uncomfortable and unhealthy. If the price is attractive I would stay again but the standard is similar to 2 star hotels nearby.

the positive: - The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most particularly Adi, he was incredibly warm and gave us much advice. Having people like this in a hotel really makes a huge difference in the experience - The beds were very comfortable and the shower head was very nice. - The little balcony had a wonderful view of the lake - The breakfast was excellent, very fresh and varied. Bonus points to the scrambled eggs. I do not know what is inside, but it was divine. to improve: - The shower did not drain very well, but that can be easily fixed - The gym was not really working, but we were told there were plans to expand the whole section

What a wonderful week! I am mid fifties and travelled solo with Inghams for a week. My room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed, ample storage and a great balcony with beautiful views of the grounds and the lake. The grounds and swimming pool were fantastic and the hotel gives you a pool towel. No issues getting a lounger. I am vegetarian and was half board. Breakfast was an amazing selection of food. You order dinner at the breakfast and the lovely head waiter negotiated food for the evening and it was delicious. The whole hotel is beautiful, an expanded villa with so many lovely pieces, paintings, sofa areas etc. I enjoyed a cocktail in the bar, the safe is free and housekeeping was efficient. It is superbly situated for the Carciano ferry point so you can get around easily. I had a brilliant week, it was good value for money, Stresa is gorgeous and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Simple mais efficace. Hotel pas cher et très bien situé à Stresa ( plein centre avec le lac et 1 grand parking en moins d'1 minute). Le petit déjeuner est lui aussi simple, mais très bon. Le personnel à l'accueil était très agréable. Pas mal de travaux en cours dans l'hôtel, mais pas gênant. Et la literie est top. Seul bémol, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre car le chauffage était à fond et qu'on ne pouvait pas le régler.

A lovely hotel. Excellent staff all so friendly and helpful. Our room with lake view from one of two balconies was spacious and very comfortable. Swimming pool quiet. Always sun loungers available. Staff came out several times to ask if we wanted anything from the bar. Great choice of food at breakfast - hot and cold, sweet and savoury, love the walnut bread and fresh orange juice. A scenic 20 min walk into town, this may be too far for some especially if very hot. We couldn’t see a taxi rank in town. Had a great holiday thanks to Hotel Flora. Stresa and Lake Maggiore a beautiful part of the world.
