Average at best I arrived at 4:45 to check in in my room was not Ready. I had wanted to stop at my room before my business meeting and was unable to. Looking at past reviews, it was stated that they don’t have rooms ready before 430. Nice day in 20 or more hotels a year, every Hampton I’m in can get people checked in by 3 o’clock or before. This seems to be a management problem here. Important- this hotel has only one elevator, on checkout day. The elevator was broken luckily, it was fixed quickly - otherwise I would have had to carry my suitcase down from the third-floor. The ice-maker on the third floor was broken. The hotel needs an update, last one with dark colors in the rooms was probably done 20+ years ago. As an example, no USB chargers in rooms, lamps and fixtures old. Off the breakfast room is some sort of banquet room, you could see 30 or more mattresses, stored in the room through the glass windows, not very professional.
