What a beautiful hotel. Amazing location and such friendly and accommodating staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We particularly loved dining at the Coppa Club too and we will definitely be back. Thank you

Took my family to the restaurant for lunch on 27th May. Made a booking for 3pm and wrote special occasion on booking. That was good and the hotel, grounds are view are lovely. So good unfortunately it all fell apart from there. We arrived early to have a pre drink and while sitting across from kitchen seeing waiters walk by no one offered to serve us and had to flag some one down. Had to wait for our table as it was still occupied. While food was lovely and fast. Service was an absolute nightmare. There seems like plenty of management around but no guidance or support to what seemed like a lot of youngsters just doing whatever. Not once in the meal did we get offered more drinks as glasses sat empty for whole meal. Not one manager came to see how we were doing. Food came without cutlery as it was used during starters. This happened again for dessert We specifically asked for dessert. My partner asks if they could do something special with a candle - nothing. We had to flag down a waiter again to order and offered no menus to see what was on menu. All basic if proper training was done and management visible at what staff were doing. We were really excited to take family with us and show the place off and it has left us with a bitter experience. Pity place couldn’t have been as great as the view. Will try once more cause places can have an off day and if the same will not be back.
