Second visit. This hotel has had a wonderful upgrade, and got new owners this year. it shows. The garden is fantastic for relaxing and we went swimming in the fjord. The restaurant is also upgraded and offers better food than last time. Worth a visit!

Magic wedding at Jegtvolden Fjordhotel. Nice and cool rooms and duvets even in 20 degrees outside. Perfect garden for weddings.Delicous food.

Fantastic location, cold welcome. Very complicated hotel to get to your room. We had booked a classic room but were disappointed so we paid extra for a suite. The suite was worth the money with a lovely view. Dinner and breakfast were ok.

Koselig hotell med fantastisk beliggenhet!
Enkelt rom, men rent og pent.
Meget god service, fra alle ansatte.
Restaurant / bar med høyt nivå og koselig atmosfære.

Mistet sin sjarm
Ingen opplysninger ved innsjekk, dvs bl.a wifi kode, frokost tid m.m. Heller ingen info på rommet. Kun branninnstruks i en skuff. Dårlig med kontakter på rommet, ikke skohorn eller kjøleskap. Delvis tomt med såpe i beholderne.
Frokosten var helt uten sjel, manglet brød, egg, pålegg, grønt, bestikk, egg glass osv hele tiden. Griset rundt pålegg, kaffemaskin og brød.
Sterilt å trist i spisesal med kun hvit duk pluss salt & pepperbøsse på bordene. Ingen bilder på veggene og ikke dekket opp på bordene.
Burde ha lagt mer sjel i at dette hotellet er i katalogen «Den Gyldne omvei» med produkter fra de lokale gårdene rund og ikke bare det triste enkle pålegget som ikke engang var delikat lagt opp.
Glass og lignende sto fortsatt ute på bordene på formiddagen etter bruk dagen før i 16 tiden. Dvs ute på terrassen
Ingen i resepsjon ved utsjekking, lå mange nøkler der så flere enn oss hadde det problemet.
Var en god del folk på hotellet men dette viste jo hotellet om så de burde ha satt på flere folk. Spesielt folk med erfaring da det så ut som det kun var unge uerfarent folk på hele hotellet.
Fin beliggenhet men elendig på service og oppfølging. Veldig skuffet

Greit, men svarte ikke til forventningene;(
En suite med balkong bør kunne ha et lite kjøleskap! Hadde TO TV’er, men hadde glatt byttet inn den ene mot et kjøleskap;)
Stusselig frokost! Vi var ikke mange på hotellet, men hadde absolutt forventet en mye bedre frokost til den prisen!
VELDIG mange fluer, både på rommet og ellers,- lite appetittelig og VELDIG sjenerende!
Proppen i badekaret fungerte ikke, og måtte «åpnes» med en kniv…
Ellers : veldig gode senger, flott rom og hyggelig betjening;))

Helt greit
Bryllup som okkuperte mye. Lite fokus på oss andre. Ble litt femte hjul på vogna. Trengs litt opplæring på personell. Rom begynner bli klart for oppgradering. Tett sluk på flere av rommene. Fantastisk beliggenhet veier opp.
