A clean well organised small hotel, family run, hospitable and efficient. Excellent breakfast and not too noisy. A lovely stay for a short break Maria and Martin have done a great job and I would be happy to stay again on my next visit to Stratford Only a five minute walk to the town centre

A lovely private owned guest house, the owners Martin and Maria couldn’t have done more to make it a memorable stay . Good breakfast everyday. Good location with a short walk into Stratford, very clean, overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

We stayed here from the 23rd till 27th June 2025. Our room was really lovely along with a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was amazing, there wasn’t anything that was too much trouble, you only had to ask. It is only a short walk into town, so you do not have to drive. I would highly recommend this Guest house to everyone who wanted to visit Stratford upon Avon.

Went for the races stayed for one night Excellent place to stay and we was made to feel very welcome by the host Martin. Room was spotless . Nice walk into Stratford 5 mins away. Wonderful breakfast would definitely recommend this hotel/guest house.

We had a lovely warm welcome from Martin who could not have done any more for us, Lovely clean room, freshly cooked breakfast, and lovely tree lined traffic free walk into the centre of the town - Great stay can certainly recommend we will be back.

Very convenient location, an easy walk to the town. Even for us and we're knocking on a bit. 😄 A good sized room with comfortable bed and nice view of the garden. The advertising photos do not lie! I would have liked more water left in the room. There was only one small bottle, but enough tea and coffee and milk to make more than you had water for. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and juices. That was before you got to the cooked options! Food was really good. We had a very lovely stay here and would like to return. We have no hesitation in recommending it as a vacation option.

Overpriced b&b in our opinion. We booked last minute for a Saturday evening on a sunny weekend so this was what we could find with parking. Location good, plenty of parking. Pub few doors down had karaoke which was way too loud to stay, not the b&b fault of course. We expected more to be honest for the price. It wasn’t bad, just not £180 a night good. Breakfast had to be pre ordered, no option to choose in morning. Cooked breakfast was nice, not so sure on sausage, but plenty of cereals juice etc. bed was two singles together and ok in comfort. Shower room very small as were towels, but clean. I would say, as there was a fridge, why not put fresh milk in fridge, oh and some more tea! Tea is so cheap but 4 bags is tight. having stayed a number of times in Stratford, we realise it’s not cheap to stay, but this felt rather overpriced for what we got. If you happy to pay the price then it’s good enough, but not luxury by any means.
