The property is equidistant from the Festival and Avon theatres - less than 10 min walk in each direction. The hosts were quite accommodating of food allergies or aversions for breakfast. I will likely be going back.

Close to theatres
I chose this location because it was within an easy 10 minute walk to all the festival theatres.
The host is friendly. If you have a yearning for coffee, there is a K-cup maker in a room on the second floor.
Rooms have mini fridge. Breakfast may be typical Canadian or Chinese

Pleasant Experience
Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! The hosts were very friendly and willing to share their story.
It is an older home, at least a hundred years old and extensively renovated. The plumbing and cooling system is new.

Lovely, perfectly placed B&B!
This is a lovely B&B in a perfect location to walk to all the Stratford Festival venues. Our hosts were a very charming couple of Asian descent who provided a huge breakfast fruit, eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, muffins, coffee and tea. Although their literature suggests that a "choice" of English or Asian breakfast was available... it appeared that one would need to ask for asian fare.

Excellent Stay
Our stay was awesome. Very friendly, kind and terrific in every way hosts. Breakfast, second to none. Would definitely stay again. Location could not be better.

Home away from home
The enrire house is very clean, the breakfast is fantastic. The owners are very professional yet friendly. A feeling of home away from home.
