Very friendly welcome at reception. Great service, we were given great tips for exploring the sights in Luxembourg. After checking in, I was congratulated on my birthday because the attentive receptionist noticed this at passport control when I checked in. Very friendly

The room was basically clean and the people were kind of friendly.
Unfortunately I had to shower with the shower door open as the shower opens inwards and not outwards. It was not possible to clean the room. The internet was virtually non-existent as the router on the floor was so far away that you hardly had any reception.
The breakfast was below average, the coffee was bland and the omelette was very firm.
I couldn't say anything at checkout because the woman spoke neither German nor English.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit hotel. De kamers waren uitzonderlijk clean en tot in de puntjes verzorgd, wat meteen een fijne indruk gaf. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en professioneel, wat ons meteen thuis liet voelen. Het restaurant was tevens een hoogtepunt. Het eten was heerlijk. De gerechten waren verfijnd en duidelijk met zorg bereid. De bediening was attent en zeer gastvrij, wat de hele ervaring compleet maakte. Dit alles na een autorit van 750 km vanuit Italië waarvan de laatste kilometers in hels regenweer. Kortom, een aanrader voor iedereen die houdt van een stijlvolle accommodatie, heerlijke maaltijden en uitstekende service. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug.
