The staff was very nice and helpful.
The rooms were clean, but the kitchen utensils should have been cleaned better.
Everything was still greasy, dirty and there was something unidentifiable on the counter.
We will definitely come back.

Poor, no air conditioning, the pool is shaking + leaking, the room is not soundproof, and you have to throw away the garbage yourself. I booked for 2 nights, but the environment was too bad. I asked for a refund for one night, but the hotel refused. It was the worst in Europe, bar none, and it was completely different from the City Apartment Hotel in Heidelberg.
