We recently spent five days at the Stone Hill Inn. It was a beautiful time beginning with the tree-covered drive that leads to the Inn. The lodging is luxurious and very comfortable. The Inn is surrounded by a stand of trees and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. Todd and Kristi are gracious and attentive hosts. They serve delicious breakfasts in a charming dining room that looks out on the beautiful landscape. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. The Stone Hill Inn is perfect for a relaxing getaway or a base to explore the surrounding sights.

The Stone Hill Inn is as amazing as the reviews say it is! It exceeded our expectations. Our room was large, sparkling clean, and so comfortable (loved the gas fireplace, even in the summer!). And the entire place was so peaceful and quiet. Todd and Kristie are truly magnificent hosts who did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and welcome. They made a fire at the fire pit for us one night, and they went above and beyond with all of their recommendations (which were totally spot-on!). We went to an outdoor concert one night, and they were more than happy to lend us their chairs, picnic basket, and blanket. My husband and I loved our time at the Stone Hill Inn for a romantic and relaxing long weekend - just what the doctor ordered.

Stone Hill Inn was welcoming from the first contact. They arranged a massage for us on a Sunday at 4:15PM as we could only stay the one night and it was wonderful. The whirlpool, fireplace, peepers at night and garden. Only complaint was that we only had one night as we would have happily stayed more.

Our visit was wonderful. Todd, Kristie and Tony made our stay memorable, the breakfasts were scrumptious. The West Branch room was very comfortable with the individual heat and air condition thermostat. The En-suite provided a jacuzzi tub and provided most everything needed. The fireplace would be nice to use in cold weather. The game room is very nice with a full size pool table. In the entry way there’s a sitting area with two sided fireplace. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will certainly return in the future.

We have stayed at Stone Hill Inn twice this year (Feb & June), and have booked again for next February 2026. Once you treat yourself to a stay at this beautiful location, you WILL be back. The Inn is absolutely stunning inside and out, the decor is beautifully done and the rooms are relaxing & cozy. The grounds are impeccably kept with colorful flowers, sitting areas, cascading water and even the occasional wildlife visitors. Kristie & Todd are the sweetest, and go the extra mile for their guests. It takes special people to do what they do and they are just that, Special People. Breakfast choices every morning is absolutely delicious, and the dining room is just perfection with outside views from every angle. I could go on forever about this beautiful piece of property, it’s breathtaking. If you want a relaxing getaway that is Top Notch, Stone Hill Inn IS THE BEST hands down!! Everything from the location to the views around the property, our quiet and comfortable room with a fireplace, the gathering rooms, the consistently fantastic breakfast, and the attention to detail owners Kristie and Todd pay to guests was really remarkable. We can’t wait to go back.

Todd, Kristie, and Tony seem to think of everything involving a personal, rejuvenating, peaceful, and fun getaway at their Inn. My wife and I love to stay at New England Inns for getaways at different times of the year, and we’re selective about where we go and where to stay. We’ve been to Stone Hill Inn twice -both experiences were top notch- and we’re booking another for the fall! There’s so much good to express but it’s recommended that you find out for yourself! We loved staying at the StonehillInn. The place is beautifully designed and very clean and Indulgent Kristie and Todd were very welcoming and had a lot of good recommendations for visiting around the area. ,We will definitely come again We highly recommend the inn.

What a beautiful inn. This was our first time in Vermont and we definitely want to go back. Kristie and Todd made us feel so welcome from the delicious breakfasts to the stocked pantry. There is even a laundry room with a washer and dryer. We felt like we had the place to ourselves. We loved our room West Branch but honestly all the rooms seemed great. The inn is very close to all activities in Stowe. We will definitely plan to return to this beautiful inn!
