Quiet and convenient area. Water took a while to get hot for shower.

Very minimal tv channels, noise from other room a/c heater units, super noisy bathroom exhaust fan.
Bed was comfy, after 11:30pm all noise subsided and I slept well.

Toilet was not secured to the floor. Screens on the window torn half way off. Tv worked half the time. Very few channels to watch when it was working. Bed lumpy and uncomfortable.
