We spent two nights, accompanied by an elderly person. The rooms are modern and comfortable and the gardens are well maintained. We appreciated the food served at the restaurants and the friendliness of the staff who looked after us well. Plenty to do in the area (Big Tree, Wolf Sanctuary, adventure through the forest).

Schöne Lodge mit zahlreichen, kleinen Häusern in unterschiedlichen Stilrichtungen. Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage. Insgesamt ausgerichtet auf etwas größere Gruppen. Wir waren zwei Nächste dort, um mindestens einen vollen Tag im Tsitsikamma-Nationlapark zu haben. Das lohnt sich auf jeden Fall und wäre unsere Empfehlung. Wir waren Kanufahren (s. Beitrag Untouched Adventures), sind den Trail zum Aussichtspunkt gelaufen und haben noch Teile des Wasserfall-Trails gemacht. Wir waren einmal im Retaurant The Harbour und einmal in Marylin ´s 60´s Diner essen.

Hele mooie accomodatie opgezet in de koloniale bouwstijl. Onze kamer was in de oude pastorie en was ruim, schoon en mooie badkamer die echter wel in de afwatering problemen had. Vriendelijk personeel, super uitgebreid ontbijt en uitstekend a la carte menu voor in onze begrippen lage prijzen. Vlak bij het nationale park, ca 6 km

When we arrived I would say the greeting was cold . When asked to be shown our room we only got pointed directions . When asked for assistance with baggage they didn't want to know. The room was tiny compared to all the other locations we had stayed in on our garden route golden tour the bathroom has a tin roof the the bed headboard is corporate tin along with Plastic chairs and a tiny bed. I then get an industrial vibe theme but it don't work. We googled the rooms prior going and on their site there is no mention or photos of the Barn rooms . Had we seen we would have not booked . Later a group arrived and all staff helped transfer their baggage. Very dissatisfied and I felt they have also mislead Trialfinders our tour organiser . The suites around the village green look so much better than ours all with soft seating inside and out

Ons verblijf in Tsitsikamma Village Inn was fantastisch. De accommodatie is niet alleen prachtig gelegen, maar ook zeer goed onderhouden en schoon. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, waardoor we ons direct welkom voelden. We ontmoeten er ook Irma één van de zaakvoerders er ontstond meteen een geamuseerd gesprek. De omgeving is adembenemend mooi, ideaal voor wandelingen en om de natuur te verkennen. Daarnaast zijn alle restaurants in The Village van hoge kwaliteit; we hebben overal heerlijk gegeten. Een speciale vermelding gaat uit naar de lokale brouwerij, waar we genoten hebben van een aantal voortreffelijke bieren. (Benaderd onze Belgische bieren, grapje....) Al met al een perfecte plek voor een ontspannend en gezellig verblijf. Perfecte uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Absoluut een aanrader! Robby en Valerie, hopelijk tot volgend jaar!
