Hogarths Stone Manor

Fabulous manor, grounds splendid.  Rooms lovely so welcoming.  Service great and restaurant lovely food fabulous.  Breakfast was lovely.  Just perfect.  I’ve stayed here over many years and watched it being transformed by many owners . A lovely stay.

Very nice hotel. Room was clean and tidy. Very warm but windows open. Lovely staff and the food and drink was superb.

Room was dusty and had dead insects. Instead of a double bed, twin beds were pushed together, so there was still a gap. Staff were not very friendly. Room was an interconnected room, so could hear guests next door VERY clearly Cleaners entered my room before check out and received a call from reception asking if I had left all my items, this all before check out was due. I packed my things quickly and checked out as felt I was rushed! Overall made me feel very unwelcome and I paid a decent rate to stay there. Agree with some other reviews that not as valued unless you are a corporate/wedding or group guest

The hotel receptionist Jack was most welcoming and helpful , polite and most efficient despite attempting to charge my credit card more than the agreed room rate, netherthe less after taking a long hot shower we adjourned to the Bar consuming a delicious Lime & lemonade with lots of ice. It was a very hot 33C day thankfully a Fan was provided to cool down the room. Breakfast was delicious , cooed to order and served with a smile

We had a fantastic stay at the stone manor as usual. Firstly from the start of our booking process Natalie on reservations who is fantastic with correspondence in allocation for bookings and always is a pleasure to firstly engage with for the hotel on a primary basis. Helped me to sort out my booking quickly and easily for a Fathers day lunch and stay over. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming in particular Barbara who was fantastic in her aiding with helping us with our accommodation and checking in and being attentive, and helpful as always. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the Fathers day 3 course lunch and the amazing breakfast. We had the pleasure of being served by a member of staff named Nas who waited our table and graced us with great service, warmth and was a great representation for restaurant standards for an occasion such as Fathers day lunch and the food being very tasty made the experience memorable. Our breakfast experience also complimented our experience with a range of great food English and continental. An with such welcoming staff to greet and serve us made our stay a shame to be leaving. In particular Sarah and Wendy on the morning restaurant team really added to our experience of breakfast dining with their warmth and attentiveness. We had some great drinks to enjoy our occasion also sampling from some of the local house wines and beers and ciders. An serving us was a great and friendly bar person called Jamie we have the pleasure of seeing when we stay there for occasions. His service is great and he really creates a welcoming and inviting experience in the bar. The overall atmosphere of the hotel throughout was relaxing, elegant, friendly and we truly felt at home during our stay. Thank you to the entire team at Stone manor we appreciate you all. In particular we thank the chefs and kitchen team who we don't get chance to see in person. we appreciate the great food and this is a massive part of why we visit. Also we say a thank you and goodbye to Jonatello also as a long serving member of staff who is moving on on me and my family behalf we thank you for making our visit so enjoyable on every occasion we have stayed. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is thinking about visiting or staying. THANK YOU!!!!

Outstanding value and fabulous location. Had a really great healthy salad in the evening sunshine in their beautiful garden. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. All of the staff have been friendly and super helpful. I had time to jog around their amazing grounds this morning before a first class breakfast. This has become my monthly stay whilst working with a client in Kidderminster. It’s a gem!
