Warm and friendly staff especially Isaac who tried to accommodate our request on the choice of room. Very helpful and we felt welcome to the hotel. They also provide free tea and coffee. Overall a warm and cosy room.

Please be aware that their small single rooms are very small. Almost no room for luggage in the room and for toiletstuff in the bathroom. Pretty uncomfortably to stay in such a small room, where the only place to be is lying on the bed, as chair and floor has to be occupied by clothes and luggage. Breakfast and all other things are fine, but small single room is indeed incredible small.
