I communicated and gave feedback to the front desk. There were two main points of dissatisfaction:
1. There was no hot water on Thursday morning. There was only ice water for washing in the snow. It was not until about 8:30 that the front desk explained that it was a malfunction.
2. The room was scheduled to be cleaned between 10:00-12:00 on Friday morning, but it was not handled until after 4 pm. At that time, I was busy in the room, so there was no cleaning for the whole four days.

Chose the hotel for its close proximity to the Central Train Station. Stayed four nights. Room are clean but limited space for two luggages. Amenities lacking… no fridge, no bottled water, no toiletries apart from all-in-one type. No kettle in my room. Services average. They didn’t change our towels or clear the trash as requested on the third day. However they do clean the room for our last night stay. Lower your expectation by at least 2 notches in this country if you are coming from Asia. The saving grace is the breakfast, good choices, but cooked protein limited to just bacon and eggs.

Bring your own toiletries. Hotel does not provide and sells them for quite high prices. Otherwise it is a really nice hotel, modern, clean very well located and a great breakfast spread.
