It was difficult to go up and down the stairs because I had a lot of luggage, but the location is really good for traveling.

Breakfast is on the first floor. The cave design is quite special and quite rich.
The location is the biggest advantage. I like it very much. It's walking distance to all places. The subway station is about one kilometer away. Except for checking in at the subway station, no transportation is required for other attractions.
Highly recommended Stockholm hotel!

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I had a mixed experience during my stay.
On the positive side, the hotel's location was great and the breakfast was excellent. However, I did encounter some challenges during my stay.
When I arrived at the hotel, I struggled to carry my two suitcases up the stairs after a long flight. Unfortunately, there was no assistance available to help me with my luggage. When I asked for help, the front desk staff simply suggested that I push the door. As you can imagine, this was not very helpful and I found it disappointing.
While the lack of assistance with my luggage was a downside, I did appreciate the other aspects of the hotel. However, I do hope that in the future, the hotel can provide more support for guests who may need assistance with their luggage.

The location is good, but the hotel is far less attractive than on photos. The rooms are so so and seem very cheap. The decoration is quasi inexistant. The bathroom is what you would expect in a 1 or 2 stars hotel. Even the breakfast is low quality (not even a real coffee machine!) .
The hotel is more a low range 3 stars than a 4 stars.
