Very good staff.
Breakfast was a bit of the same everyday, and not enough choices.
Location is not close to metro station, but is next to a bus stop.
Rooms are a bit small.

Albergo posizionato ottimamente, a 10 minuti dalla città vecchia, ma immerso nel centro ‘commerciale’ della città , la parte della città piena di locali e movimento. La struttura è funzionale, la pulizia è soddisfacente, ( non fanno le pulizie, almeno per un soggiorno di tre notti come il nostro , quindi non cambiano nemmeno li asciugamani, se si desidera averlo si va alla reception con i ‘vecchi’ asciugamani e ti danno quelli puliti). La colazione è continentale , con qualche dolce, e la cosa bizzarra o starna ruche si fa in una sala che durante la giornata è un ristorante cinese. La cosa che credo lasci un po a desiderare, per quello che sono gli standard che vediamo in Italia, è la pulizia , ma salvo che non si abbia la puzza sotto al naso si può tollerare.

Reception smelt like public toilet with pine cleaner , totally overpowering. Black mould in shower Room in unbearably hot with no AC, small extra fan that was noisy, no instructio s how to operator ceiling fan Poor qualify fire door to room, no seal around letting light in at night , surely not fire standard ?as spöke would enter Breakfast poor in a cold room

Hotel in pieno centro, stanza ampia, ma il bagno era davvero piccolo, scomodo, angusto e con un lavandino microscopico. Per quattro giorni nessuno è mai entrato a pulire, svuotare il cestino della spazzatura o a dare una passata di aspirapolvere. Il personale alla reception per niente gentile o volenteroso nel darci informazioni, anzi, facevano sembrare tutto complicato nonostante il nostro inglese non dico perfetto, ma quantomeno comprensibile. Gli abbiamo detto che non funzionava una lampadina della abat jour e hanno voluto la carta d'identità per verificare. Punto di forza la colazione, varia e con tutti prodotti di ottima qualità.
