There is no front desk in the hotel, so I don’t know how to check in. There is a small square opposite with a lot of people. The only good thing is that it is in the middle of the old city. I saw a big rat running around. Then there was no one at the front desk and there was no front desk at all. I don't recommend it.

Functional and ok hotel, but with some frustrating flaws. Positive: Rooms were clean and problem-free, location is good for walking around town. Negative: No reception. The weird system where you activate your own key card on arrival while remotely instructed by someone at the other end of a camera was slow and frustrating. You have to call a remote office to get the wifi password. Spent a long time in a phone queue. No way to dispose of trash, low on toilet paper and soap.

Excelente ubicación
Fuimos con 4: 2 adultos y 2 adolescentes. El alojamiento es pequeño, pero la ubicación es lo máximo. Más céntrico no puede estar. Estuvimos una semana, en la cual pensé que vendrían a limpiar, pero nada. Pequeños detalles como que faltaban cuchillos y vasos para 4, cosa que fácilmente podrían solucionar.

Good location. Hard work climbing stairs to 4th floor with suitcases. Street entry by only door difficult as no instructions sent. Kitchen equipment lacking microwave and toaster. No teatowel to dry dishes. Two of the blinds wouldn’t stay down which was a problem as opposite close apartments could see straight in to us.

Room and location great, but not communication
Great location and nice room, but communication with the host was not satisfactory. They didn't offer luggage storage services, which created additional issues for us that we had to resolve urgently.

The apartment was good and location was suitable for getting easily to all places in the centre and Södermalm. On the other hand the surroundings were very noisy during the night and you could wake several times during night because of the people walking and talking loudly in the street after vars were closed. Apartment was a bit cold and you needed to wait awhile in the shower that water was warm enough.

Jag och tre vänner bokade detta boende inför Kent konsert. Alla fyra blev glatt överraskade över hur fint boendet var och vi alla hade gärna bott här igen
