The hotel is not bad, but the moment we entered our room we saw a huge grasshopper on the window curtain. The reception service is beyond criticism. Next time please give me a card that opens all the doors.

Wir wollten heute um 19 Uhr im Restaurant zu Abend essen, es blieb beim Wollen,. Restaurant beleuchtet, nur ein Kunde zu Kaffee trinken, beim Ausgang links zwei Gäste, den ich mitteilte, das die Restaurants auch immer schlechteren Service bieten, erwiderten Sie, die Politiker seien schuld... Ich glaube eher, daß Management ist schuld...

Я не знаю, что вообще можно об этом отеле написать хорошего.... Это катастрофа за 130евро. Я, теперь, за ночь в нем не отдал бы и 30 евро. Кондиционера нет. Завтрак - одно название. Это скорее мотель для дальнобойщиков. Связь слабая. Очень дешёвый.

War in den letzten Wochen mehrfach in der Kaiserrast zum übernachten.Habe pro Übernachtung 66,50. € für ein Doppelzimmer bezahlt war Ok.Gesten habe ich den Chef auf das Zimmer von Vorriger Woche angesprochen das es kein Doppelzimmer war sondern ein Einzelzimmer mit Beistellbett und das das Zimmer sehr schmutzig war ,darauf hin sagte er zu mir das ich wenn ich ein Doppelzimmer haben möchte müsste ich ab jetzt 108,00€ für die Nacht bezahlen .Dies war meine letzte Übernachtung in diesen runtergekommen Hotel.Wer ein bisschen Wert auf Sauberkeit legt ist in diesem Hotel fehl am Platz.
