The stay was terrible, the front desk had an attitude because I used the app and got a discount. She asked why did we book through the site. She had a horrible attitude, card was having issues, the next morning my son went down to breakfast and when he came back the card was deactivated. Went to the front desk and she refused to let him in . I had already departed so I had to call , when I called she’s going to tell me her manager told her to not let him in. I would never stay here again and wouldn’t suggest them to anyone else.

A no smoking room I had and you could smell smoke in the bed mattress plus smell of body chemical sweat and a bad odors there pillows curtains and frool and it turn my stomach didn't realize it after i took a showers I let the front Deck know at check out

We were treated horribly and I’m making a formal complaint to corporate. Arrived and was offered a room with a couple arguing even before open the door. Transferred to a room with a broken window that was taped, a dirty bathroom and an AC that wouldn’t cooled the room due to the broken window. I told the general manager, please I couldn’t sleep in this room with he said if I didn’t like the service that we would need to leave and we have 15 minutes to do so what we did never ever go back there again and I wouldn’t advice anybody to do so

My stay from April 20-21st 2025 was horrible experience ASHLEY was NO help at all when I was checking in I asked for a room on the 3 rd floor and she said no then wen I get to my room 101 it was smelly and I asked for another room that doesn’t smell and she said they all smell like that and I said no they don’t I stayed in other rooms here and they DONT smell like that I want another room please so she had a lil attitude and said let me see what my manager will say so then she gives me room 325! And all the times I tried to go in with the key card she gave me they DIDNT work!!! I went down about 5times to get a new one over and over until I got tired and called the front office to ask her to come to the 3rd floor to fix issue she had an attitude and said she was busy but NO she wasn’t bc I had went downstairs to office and she was not busy while I’m locked outside and my food pizza gettingCOLD so I called her again and she said she is coming so I got mad and told her I was tired and I’m hungry and she took 40min!!!! To open my room this was the most stressful and terrible stay I had

Hotel like this always are the same there cheap with the up keep. Need new sheet and comforter every month especially with all that going on in world

My stay was 3 nights the first night I woke up with bite marks and asked for my sheets to be changed instead of changing my sheets they just made my bed. That same day I had dirty towels on the floor next to the bed instead of giving me new towels they also folded those up & put it back I knew because one of the towels had holes in it & it was the same exact towel with the same makeup marks on it. Showers are absolutely disgusting.

Their change of management was unfortunately a big loss. I used to go frequently but decided not to visit the place again mainly because of its hygiene.

Just a quick one night stay while going on to Florida. The price was decent and hotel in good shape. I would stay again if in the area. Thanks
