The stay was terrible, the front desk had an attitude because I used the app and got a discount. She asked why did we book through the site. She had a horrible attitude, card was having issues, the next morning my son went down to breakfast and when he came back the card was deactivated. Went to the front desk and she refused to let him in . I had already departed so I had to call , when I called she’s going to tell me her manager told her to not let him in. I would never stay here again and wouldn’t suggest them to anyone else.

Nasty just nasty rooms smelled like mold and mildew and there is. Mold in room management is not up to part dnt stay here people been living in there since Covid and they never fixed up 🤢🤮 worst hotel i have been too dirty sheets and housekeeping not really cleaning

This was an unexpected stay at this hotel as the original one we had booked failed to tell us that their pool wasn’t in use. Quick search of the area and we found this hotel. Staff were very accommodating given the short notice and had a room ready for us immediately. The room was fairly basic. 2 double beds, fridge, microwave, plenty of storage space. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was included in our price…waffles, toast, cereal, yoghurt etc…basic but worked for us! We made use of the pool which was small but most days we were the only ones who used it. Overall I’d recommend this hotel, don’t expect 5 star but this worked well for us as a base for the Atlanta area.

The room was very comfortable. It was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the air conditioner worked well to get the room nice and cool, the TV was a large size, the TV package had every channel, the countertop in the bathroom was large, the water pressure was strong, the room looked freshly painted, it was quiet.

Absolutely terrible experience for anyone who is used to at least a “decent” hotel experience. Not sure why this place is rated a 3, it is definitely a 1! Mold, dirty carpet, smelly rooms. Don’t stay here!
