We had a very nice stay! Friendly staff, good breakfasts. A couple of little things could be improved. No body wash or shampoo by the bath (had to unscrew and move from the shower) and no floor mat when we arrived. But overall very happy with our stay.

It was the attention to detail of everything we loved. The rooms were all lovely & to a high standard. The staff were very friendly. We would return. The only negative would be that the property isn’t really suitable for someone with mobility issues.

We recently booked a table at the Victoria Square on our arrival. we were welcomed with a selection of small canapés which were delicious. We were given time to order our drinks and consider the menu before being seated at our table. The food was amazing and so fresh. The staff were lovely, friendly, and professional

Best restaurant by far in Stirling! Amuse bouche served in the drawing room was delicious, set the tone for the next 4 courses. The attention to detail was exceptional- every component part to every plate was beautifully prepared, with the most delicate, fresh herbs and flavours. So keen to go back again

Piccolo hotel a due passi dal Castello con servizi da 5 stelle. Staff super professionale e disponibile (Margo un’istituzione, lei è il cuore della casa e influsice positivamente su tutta la permamenza; pensavamo di rapirla per portarla nella nostra azienda in Sicilia ma abbiamo desistito, ci è sembrato maleducato ) colazione fresca preparata sul momento in base alla scelta che ti viene proposta il giorno prima e all’orario in cui si vuole Ambiente molto bello e curato, la camera calda con a disposizione tutto quanto può servire al completo relax. Siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti dell’ospitalità, la pulizia e anche il rappoeto qualità prezzo che, comparato ad altre strutture in cui abbiamo soggiornato, offriva una qualità decisamente superiore; peccato non aver visto la casa coi fuochi accesi!

Hotel was excellent as usual, staff were very polite and informative., meal first class as was the breakfast next day, our room was so comfortable with really nice views over the square. Lovely stay and will certainly be back again whenever we can get the chance

Lovely welcome on arrival. Beautiful old building overlooking a green , below Stirling castle. The dinner was everything we hoped for and more , with a comfortable sitting room to have drinks and nibbles in beforehand. We both had seared pigeon starter,on a beautiful mushroom and baby onion tartlet, followed by pink duck and kumquat. I cannot really do it justice in words! Desserts were excellent, lemon panecotta for me and apple tatin for my husband. Service was good. The wine list had something for everyone. Looking forwards to returning.

We have stayed on several occasions but did so with friends this time, they loved it!! Our evening meal was exceptional and if anything the place just gets better. Best place to stay in Stirling by a country mile. Will definitely be back in the near future. Staff are always friendly and welcoming.
