Travelodge Stirling City Centre

Broken aircon in the hotel which looking by other reviews was not a new issue. Room was like a sauna with window that barely opened. We had a newborn baby with us so this was a huge stress for us, worrying of overheating. He was up most of the night uncomfortable and sweating. Went to try get breakfast in the morning however no one around at reception, all tables dirty with used plates etc and broken glass on the carpets under some of the tables. Such a shame as could be brilliant hotel due to the location. £107.99 for one night of wasted money in my opinion, wish we booked somewhere else.

Georgia was fantastic very polite and funny, very quick service will go again. Rest of the staff I had spoken too were very friendly and helpful.

I have stay 3 nights at this hotel bed was very comfortable. My bedroom and bathroom was very clean every thing about this hotel was great. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

What made this a great place to stay was the proximity to the railway station, the friendly helpful staff ( special mention to Harry, Molly, Katie and especially Tylar in the kitchen), clean and comfortable rooms.

The reason we picked this hotel as it was near the location for our daughter’s graduation. The hotel was perfect, only thing was air condition switched off to quickly and because we were on the ground floor I didn’t like to leave window open.

Smoking zone right outside room, noise and smell until small hours, even with window shut it still came in. Hand soap dispenser broken and not usable, shower dispenser also broken but half usable, soap liquid had dead flies in it. Reception not staffed for help with above
