We booked our stay here in January and were given rooms in the basement. After heading down the greasy slippery and quite dangerous stairs which were used by the restaurant to bring their dishes upstairs to the restaurant/pub until after 22:00…. we found ourselves stepping through the grease/oil and walking straight into our carpeted rooms. Our room looked straight out to the parked cars onto the parking lot.
Very noisey rooms because of the restaurant and pub directly above our rooms.(my sister’s room was next to the kitchen).
Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30. We entered the room at 7:30. The servers were just starting to set up and asked us if they could hoover. We had a round of coffee’s, but our hot breakfast did not come until 8:15.
While waiting I got up to ask for a second coffee because no server came by to offer.
All in all a very disappointing stay.
