We were there with 2 children and chose junior suit which was situated next to night bar where old singer was "singing"from 9 to 12 pm. That even wasnt singing, that was screaming and roaring. 2 years ago we visited 3 star hotel on Ischia and every breakfast and dinner were celebration of eating but Cala Rosa is disaster. Plastic cups, water in plastic, big disappointment. I am not fun of wifi during vocation but just bar and hall wifi. Whats more, you have to log on via strange webpage which doesnt work for foreign oprators. I was pretty disappointed from Sardinia. Italians want to pay for everything but they dont guarantty anything.

Lovely hotel near beach Le Pelosa. Staff Giovanni is a helpful and friendly guy. Definitely appreciate his attitude. Plenty of parking spaces in the hotel area. There are different events in the pool side everyday and night time also. Would highly recommend for family with kids.
However, I don't like the shower area. It's too small.

Overall good place. Well maintained family friendly hotel. The bar, singer, local staff were very nice and kind. Would love to give a 4 star, but the female owner was rude and say discrimitive words to us foreigners.
Not only once, but once to my friend and once to my family, in different locations. For example, she said to the reception, "Why are the xxxese here?" in Italian and my friend who studied in Italy actually understood some Italian.
So for foreigners, especially Asian, this hotel is a 2 star, while for local and Europeans, it can be a 4 star.

Location incantevole, struttura ben tenuta, camera ampia, pulita e silenziosa, cibo abbondante e buonissimo, personale molto gentile e professionale; una menzione particolare a Stefano che ci ha accompagnato a visitare le bellezze del circondario (Stintino, Alghero e Castelsardo) con tante info e curiosità molto interessanti, al personale di sala sempre attento e sorridente e a tutto lo staff di animazione con Michele in testa, davvero instancabili e di compagnia. Bellissimo villaggio immerso nel verde, molto curato e pulito, a due passi dalle meravigliose spiagge di Stintino. Raccolto e non dispersivo, ideale per famiglie con bambini. Con l'animazione e tutto lo staff si è creato un rapporto familiare, tutti sempre sorridenti, gentili e divertenti, mai invadenti, ma coinvolgenti e sempre rispettosi. Cucina di alto livello (cosa per niente scontata vista la numerosità degli ospiti), molto variegata e sfiziosa, con personale gentile e disponibile ad accontentare eventuali richieste. Insomma, un posto dove sentirsi a casa come in una grande famiglia, assolutamente consigliata e dove tornarci, in poche parole un posto del cuore ❤️ Grazie mille alla direttrice, ai ragazzi della reception, al barman, al bagnino, a tutti i ragazzi del ristorante, all'animazione (in particolare a Michele, Manuel, Alessandro, Giulia, Ambra, Ilenia che hanno seguito con amore i bambini e ci hanno rallegrato le giornate) e spero di non aver dimenticato nessuno! Cordialilita', simpatia ,disponibilita'e sopratutto professionalita' sono A,B,C di questa struttura dalla reception, ai camerieri ,allo Chef con una cucina da urlo e a tutto lo staff del Cala Rosa club Hotel . Abbiamo trascorso una settima da favola. Rilassamento, tranquillita' venivano accompagnati dal FAVOLOSO STAFF DI ANIMAZIONE DI EVENTI ANIMAZIONE CON 6 RAGAZZI che hanno dato il meglio di loro tra divertimento ,simpatia e professonalita', e tutto questo grazie al loro GRANDISSIMO CAPO VILLAGGIO MICHELE , l'uomo dalle mille risorse dove la parola noia spariva dal vocabolario della lingua Italiana trasformandola ogni mattina , pomeriggio e sera in una giornata FANTASTICA da ricordare e portasela a casa , come ogni ospite , nel quadro dei ricordi.
