Our school rented 15 rooms for 3 nights for a Special Olympic event in Stillwater. Upon our entering our room it smelled like cat pee. The pool was green so we were unable to swim the entire time which was the one reason for staying there. On our last night it was magically being cleaned and filled for Friday conveniently when we were leaving. We could barely get our room door open even when the key did work. But the absolute most horrible thing was when one of our young ladies was walking inside from the back of the hotel the desk clerk was pleasuring a man on the park bench for ALL TO SEE. Yes, our girl saw his junk hanging out of his pants. We should have just called the cops right then and there but since it was a group we didn’t have a choice to go anywhere else. That worker was the red headed lady I believe named Chris or something to that effect. She should be terminated immediately and be thankful she wasn’t arrested. We had lots of other problems with rooms but that act takes the cake. We should be compensated for the emotional abuse that was inflicted. If someone was looking out the back windows there is no telling who saw their little sexual activity. I never thought of this hotel as a rent by the HOUR! I have left a complaint with corporate and am awaiting to hear from them. And yes there was an adult that witnessed this as well.
