The comforter was stained. The bathroom floor was very dirty. Left over towels in the bedroom area from the previous guest. Stained towels in the bathroom.

We came with school kids for a trip. Rooms were booked ahead of time: a suite and two regular rooms. The first issue was the rooms weren’t ready for check in when promised. The suite was ready after 3pm and the regular rooms weren’t ready until after 5pm. The second issue was that the regular rooms with the kids were on a different floor from the suite. The third issue was that the AC unit was in the bedroom, which has a door that closes and the thermostat is in the living room area. There is no way for the rest of the suite to cool off if the bedroom door is closed. It is a bad design. The bedroom freezes and the rest is hot. I requested maintenance to come fix the window blind so I could open it but they never came. Housekeeping didn’t knock, they rang a bell in the hall. The bed is comfortable. The water pressure is great. There were TVs in the bedroom and the living room. Breakfast costs around $9 but we didn’t eat. There were plenty of electrical outlets and a work area in the bedroom, mini fridge, coffee pot and extra sink. Location is good. Lemonade in the lobby is nice.

The hotel needs to some updates. The TV did not work because of the storms that were coming in. They are still using satellite. So if a storm comes in or just rain and clouds you will not have any TV.

I’m pretty picky on cleanness, and this place was pretty clean. It looks new or newly renovated. I will definitely stay here again.

This was an oasis after several days of being bedside at the hospital and an AirBnB tragedy. Clean, and comfy. Breakfast was great, they make omelets to order along with the standard breakfast fair, fresh strawberries ect. It was lovely, staff are friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Breakfast manager lady was absolutely fantastic and the food was good. Pool was closed the first day due to the rain. Staff was very attentive.

Hotel average inside but terrible outside. Smell just OK. Attention to little details not good. Elevator always dirt and falling apart. Ihg hotels lately have sure been week the ones I have stayed at. Paint falling off hotel on side. Junk laying on ground around building.
