Great location, excellent hotel, clean rooms
Perfect hotel, excellent location in the middle of Stia, a small and cute town in the middle of Casentino valley in Toscany with many places to visit nearby.
The room was extremely clean, nicely decorated, spacious bathroom. Service from Patrizia and the team was excellent. They are all very proud of what they're doing and they reflect it onto their guests.
I will be back!

Sehr gutes Hotel in der Altstadt mit einer wirklich engagierten Wirtin. Großes Zimmer mit gut ausgestattetem Bad. Gutes Frühstück. Das Haus können wir aus ganzem Herzen empfehlen.

I really enjoyed my trip. Easy to find, in the middle of the city, no problem with nearby parking space (free) the hotel was perfect for my needs. Clean, spacious room, good shower, comfortable bed, super strong a/c which is really important in the warm summer months. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and recommended a really nice restaurant 3 minutes walk from the hotel.
In the morning, before my day trip I used the spa at their sister hotel (hotel Via Roma 33) just down the road for a discounted price. The spa was incredible with saunas, jacuzzi, indoor/outdoor pool in a really stunning location.

Great place in the old town of Stia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful, the location is within walking distance to restaurants, bars and pastry shops. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Great value for money. Highly recommended

Tutto perfetto, camere pulitissime, grande cortesia e attenzione da parte di tutti, molto buona la colazione, hotel direttamente nel centro storico di Stia. E' stato un soggiorno perfetto e alla prima occasione torneremo senza ombra di dubbio

Pernottato durante breve tour ciclo turistico. Ospitali e molto gentili, camera e struttura di qualità soddisfacente. Buona la colazione. L’albergo è in pieno centro storico. Tutto molto vicino. Eravamo con le e bikes. Dispongono di un garage chiuso con presa luce per ricarica. Se dovete pernottare in zona, direi che è più che consigliabile. Nell albergo non vi è un ristorante, ma ce ne sono diversi molto vicino
