I stayed here Sunday 21/04, was checked in fast & efficiently from a lady on the desk (sorry didn’t get her name.) very polite also. Whilst waiting in the lobby, I got chatting to Tom on the desk, very polite, helpful and incorporated my son into the conversation, which I thought was so professional. My son walked away with a smile, which was very warming. An asset to the front desk. Room was clean, tidy and the bed was so comfortable. Came down in the morning, checked out fast and hassle free. Got chatting with Carl, which we thought was the Manager from his professionalism and great manners. Thank you to all. Will be seeing you again. Keep up the amazing work.

My husband was at lister hospital and I had to find a hotel quickly as we been waiting nearly 7 hours .it was nearly midnight I had my 2 kids knackered and I was a mess.jordan in the reception was incredible.he gave us a room in ited us for breakfast.gave us water and sweet s for the kids.he told us that we can stay until midday.he looked after so well that I became calm and felt secure.the kitchen in the morning Christina and her college made kids hot chocolate with wipecream.our stay was amazing even if it was hard on me having my husband at lister . amazing..clean welcoming hotel.brilliant service 👍 Cynthia

Hotel Cromwell is my second home away from home when visiting my best mates in Stevenage. The charming character of the Astley Suite and the Executive Rooms never fails to impress with each every visit as these are the most quiet rooms in my opinion. The beds are the comfiest and we always sleep like a baby. The ensuite bathrooms are well-stocked with toiletries and beautifully clean. Make sure that when you book these rooms I mentioned, please consider booking it with the breakfast option - these adds a perfect touch to the experience. Great friendly staff, characterful furnishings, great value for money.

I will choose here next time.
