CCharles Hotalinghotel was great staff awesome.
we stayed on a second floor directly below a herd of Hippopotamus.
They woke up at 6:00 am and trampled heavily all morning.
not the hotels fault but some very Rude hippos .
again not hotels fault , but getting in plates and dealing with early rising rude noisy trampling hippos was not pleasant .

苏苏Really nice hotel! Very cost-effective, warm, hygienic and clean. There is breakfast. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it is enough for the nutritional needs of breakfast! I will choose this type of hotel when I travel in the future!

GGuest UserWe asked for a handicapped accessible room, which we were given. However, the bed was so high that my husband needed help getting on to it. Thank God he is not in a wheelchair. There is no way he could have gotten onto the bed. From what we were told, the height of the bed is company policy??? What a shame as it is close to my daughters college and we would have stayed there many more years thru her 4 years there. Back to the Microtel where they have normal beds!!

HhguanghThe hotel is conveniently located in the annex of the Corning Museum of Glass. There is a pizza shop about 700m away from the right turn. It is self-service and ok. Facilities are average, but also OK. Service is good, enthusiasm, and health is not bad.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very old, but fortunately the furniture wall is relatively new, the room is quite clean, there is a free breakfast, it is very simple, except for coffee and waffles made by yourself, it is cold. If you need to visit Corning and stay in the town for one night, you can consider it here.

GGuest UserI was pleasantly surprised by how clean my room was. The service was fine. The only problem I had was late night noise from the room above. I didn’t get much sleep on the first night. I asked for a different room for the second night. The clerk was very accommodating. Slept very well the second night.
There were 3 other customers that first night. I don’t understand why 1 had to be housed right above my room

GGuest UserUpon check in and check out, the staff was absolutely amazing! The room was clean and the amenities in the room seemed new. My only complain as a single female traveler is that I did not feel 100% safe. The guest staying on the first floor constantly had the door propped and even when it was closed I checked to see if it was locked and I could walk right in.
There was a family outside that were constantly at a picnic table smoking with kids riding their bikes and skateboards in the street… one guy even came over to me in my car and asked if he could buy ****.
I made sure my safety latch was on at all times but it’s a shame. I def wouldn’t stay there again by myself.
