Convenient for Train to Bern
Stettlen is in a good location for public transport. The train station is 2 minutes walk away and has a direct link to Bern. This is why we chose this hotel. There is a large car park behind the hotel. Food was good and breakfast plentiful.

Hôtel loin de Berne mais à 5 mn puis à 30 mn de train tous les 1/4 heure. Chambre très simple literie confortable minuscule cabine de douche, la chambre triple donner sur la route et sans climatisation difficile de fermer la fenêtre, buffet petit déjeuner très correct.

Ich kann man den vielen anderen Bewertungen zum Stil des Hauses nur anschließen. Selten sowas stehengebliebenes gesehen. Einrichtung aus den 70er. Einzelbetten. Extrem hellhörig aufgrund des Alters . Sobald sich jemand in einem der Zimmer bewegt ist man wach. Heizung im Bad defekt. Das wurde belächelt. Nach einem Tag dann mit einem lauter Miniheizlüfter gelöst. Für mich das no-Go: Beim Frühstück wird Rührei als Zusatzleistung verkauft (3CHF). Unfreundliche Reaktionen vom Chef auf Feedback dazu. Alles in allem ist das für mich nicht tauglich für eine Geschäftsreise. Wenig Erholungszeit möglich und keinerlei Interesse am Wohlbefinden des Gastes. Sparen steht im Vordergrund. Das positive : es ist sauber und Betten sind bequem wenn auch mini. Mit den Zimmern kann man sich von mir aus ein paar Tage arrangieren. Jedoch nicht damit wenn man einen Ernährungsplan folgt und daher einfach ein Rührei benötigt sich der Chef dermaßen quer stellt und der Meinung ist man bezahlt dafür jeden Tag zusätzlich zum sowieso extra bezahlten Frühstück weil er entscheidet wie man seine Eier am Morgen zu essen hat. Es wären ja Eier da nur eben nicht als Rührei. Das ist absolut kundenunfreundlich. So startet man in den Tag. Abendessen: so lala teilweise lecker teilweise mit Spiritus Geschmack. Ambiente und Stühle im Restaurant laden zum Gehen ein. Wird ja in zahlreichen Bewertungen hier schon beschrieben. Als Themenhotel und Zeitreise in die 70er wäre das ein Volltreffer. Für zeitgemäße Geschäftsreisen (oder Gott bewahre privat mit der Partnerin) nicht zu gebrauchen. Jugendherberge lässt grüßen. Fast vergessen W-LAN ist vorhanden aber zumindest in meinem Zimmer war es nur für das nötigste zu gebrauchen.
