Met my needs for somewhere to sleep after a concert but it was very bare bones. No water or coffee in the lobby or hair dryer in the bathroom and didn't like that I HAD to use the kiosk to check in. It would be nice as an option but I feel more comfortable knowing someone is attending the lobby and having a non-virtual person to talk to during check-in/out. Also could not get the AC working and woke up roasting.

Everything was wonderful, except the bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and the only 2 pillows were flat.

Why am I getting charged $97??? I did not stay at this hotel nor checked in???? Staff was very rude and I was told my reservation was marked as a no show?????????? After I called them twice and made sure that I can check in after hours!
